What is The Fragrance Collection by Glade®?
It is a new line of boutique-quality home fragrances offering fine specialty-type products at affordable prices. Current products available in The Fragrance Collection by Glade® include: 4.9 oz. soy candles that are made from at least 92% natural ingredients, 10 oz. 3-wick soy-based candles, 2 oz. soy-based candles and 1.62 fl. oz. reed diffusers.
Where can I find the Fragrance Collection by Glade®?
The Fragrance Collection by Glade® can be found in your local supermarket, drug store or mass merchandise store, in the air-care aisle, next to your other favorite Glade® products.
Q&A: Candles
How are these candles different from the Glade® 4oz. candles?
The difference is the formulation. While most candles are made of paraffin wax, the 4.9 oz. soy candles, 2 oz. soy-based candles and the 10 oz. 3-wick soy-based candles contain a higher percentage of natural ingredients, primarily wax derived from real soybeans.
What are soy candles?
A portion of the wax from our soy candles and soy-blended soy candles come from from soy wax, which is hydrogenated soybean oil.
Why are the 4.9 oz. soy, 2 oz. soy-based candles and 10 oz. 3-wick soy-based candles different from one another in design and fragrance?
- • The three candle forms are different so they can appeal to individual preferences and needs. Each 4.9 oz. soy candle contains greater than 90% natural ingredients. Its size makes it ideal for areas such as bathrooms and kitchens — and even for travel.
- The 10 oz. multi-wick soy-based candles contain a minimum of 51% soy wax. They are larger, decorative candles with three wicks that provide multiple points of light when burned, for an enhanced fragrance experience.
Why does each of the 4.9 oz. soy candles have different levels of natural ingredients?
Each candle is different because of the level of fragrance, stabilizers and dyes in the formula.
What fragrances are available in each size/type of candle?
- The 4.9 oz. soy candles are $5.99 each and available in the following fragrances: McIntosh Apple, Earthly Awakening™, and Orange Vanilla.
- The 10 oz. 3-wick soy-based candles are $8.99 each and available in the following fragrances: Currants & Acai™, Jasmine & Wild Orchid, Sheer White Cotton™, and Lotus Bamboo.
- The 2 oz. soy-based candles are $3.19 each and available in the following fragrances: Currants & Acai™ Jasmine & Wild Orchid, Sheer White Cotton™, and Lotus Bamboo.
Do the candle labels come off?
The 10 oz. 3-wick candle does have a peelable label. However, the label on the 4.9 oz. candle is not peelable at this time.
Q&A: Reed Diffusers
What are reed diffusers?
Reed diffusers are decorative air fresheners consisting of a glass container filled with fragrant oil and reeds that—when inserted into the oil—draw the oil up and allow it to evaporate into the air. Reed diffusers provide continuous-action home fragrancing that is easy to use and flame free.
How do reed diffusers work?
The reed diffuser kit contains 12 rattan reeds that are inserted into the glass container of scented oil to begin releasing the fragrance. Each rattan reed contains channels that run the entire length of the reed and, when inserted into the scented oil, act as straws that wick up the scented oil, releasing it into the air through evaporation.
How long do reed diffusers last?
The reed diffusers offer weeks of continuous fragrancing. However, the duration of reed diffuser fragrancing varies depending on room conditions like the use of fans, air-conditioning, heating and humidity.
Are refill fragrance oils and/or reeds available?
No, not at this time.
What fragrances are available?

Will flipping the reeds affect the fragrance strength or the length of time it lasts?
No, product performance does not require reeds to be flipped.
